About 3 months ago, on a Saturday night, my roommate and I had nothing
to do. Through what seemed like an endless quest, we heard about a show
at the Troc. To make it an
even more random night, we decided to walk, so that on our way home, we
could maybe find some other spontaneous adventure.

We get to the show, order the regular:

and our night begins...

Now,
we only knew one of the bands playing. They're called Lemons
are Louder Than Rocks. When i say they havetheir own sound, I
mean it. They're described as "Puzzle-pop that you can’t help but hum
along with". Needless to say, their music is wonderful.

But the band that played before them had an energy that really got Rachel and I going...

Drink up Buttercup is another local band coming out of Bucks County. Their
tunes are sure to get you up and moving. They're psychedelic poppy
sound is so catchy, that after we left the venue, we lumbered home in a
drunken stupor humming Sosey and Dosey. Ever since, their music has been
a staple in our household. If you haven't already checked them out
